1. 7-day guarantee

All purchases made through Kiwify include a 7-day refund window, counted from the date of your payment. If you're not satisfied with the ebook, you can request a full refund within this period — no need to explain why.

2. How to request a refund

Contact Kiwify's buyer support directly at compradores@kiwify.com.br, since Kiwify processes the payment and the refund.

We will confirm your refund and Kiwify will process it back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider, and are outside our control.

3. After the refund window

Requests made after 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
